ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member
Immediate opening. MUST have current Illinois Property & Casualty Producer license. Recent experience preferred. In-office 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable training programs.

Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers and coordinate with other agency team members.

Compensation: $46,000.00 - $50,500.00 per year
