ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Immediate opening for an in-office Staff Assistant. Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm. Accept payments, provide billing clarification, collect information and coordinate with other agency team members, customer payment reminders, process incoming/outgoing mail, prepare daily deposit. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. Insurance Producer License not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers
- Coordinate with other agency team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Track record of reliable attendance
- Professional
- Trainable/coachable
- Superior telephone, person-to-person, email/text communication skills
- Highly organized and systematic
- Problem-solver mindset
- Comfortable with computer and telephone

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $38,500.00 per year
